You may buy cans of beer at the station at 500 yen. But the air is very thin so that you should be careful not to enjoy too much. 🙂

I left the 9th station at 2:45 am to the top of the mountain.

We kept going up under beautiful stars.

Mt. Fuji top (10th station (at 3,776 m)

We arrived the top at 4:30 am and were waiting until rise of the sun.

We call the sun at Mt. Fuji, “ご来光” which means “the light coming to us”.

After Mt. Fuji tour

I was very surprised that I could get everything that I need for climbing at every stations, like drinking water, chocolates,  even Sake!

So that you do not need to bring many heavy bottles causing consuming your energy.

I do never suggest to climb Mt.Fuji without tour guide. It was actually my first time, but two of 24 members in my climbing buddies gave up climbing and went back to 5th station at 7th station.
